Not a video course. A flipped classroom path: you watch the theory on your own, we build the value together, live.
You watch the theory once and reuse it. What you pay for is the session where you apply it to your real work.
Four moments, one cycle. It's the same model the best live online courses use today — except here the vehicle is Claude and the classroom is your desk.
20-25 minutes of recorded theory, whenever you want. You show up already prepared.
who delivers it · the video90 minutes live: practice, Q&A, feedback on your real documents, not made-up examples.
who delivers it · meYou learn alongside peers. Group accountability and comparison do more than willpower.
who delivers it · the groupA prompt library, department templates, and AI usage guidelines written together with you.
who delivers it · the portalThe two obvious alternatives fail for opposite reasons. The flipped classroom takes the best of both.
The transferable core: it holds regardless of tool, taught through Claude. Then, live, each module becomes practice.
A real excerpt from Module 2. This is the level.
Same course, two ways to buy it. In both cases the recorded modules are included, never sold on their own.
Recorded modules included, four live sessions with me, templates and guidelines you keep.

MSc in Engineering, Politecnico di Milano, MBA and Big Data & Analytics specialisation. 18 years across operations, marketing, and technology up to general management.
SCALA — an AI platform for businesses, active across 19 verticals. I don't teach theory: I teach what I use every day to produce real results.
I'm not a fanboy. One module honestly compares Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini. My stack runs on Claude because, in practice, it wins on documents and complex reasoning.
Course content is tested on real company teams, not written in isolation. Every module comes from real problems.
The answers you're looking for before booking.
"Can I just buy the videos?"
No. Anthropic gives the videos away for free. What I sell is the session where you apply them to your real work. The recording is the vehicle, not the product.
"What if I miss a live session?"
Sessions are recorded. You can watch them later and catch up, but the real value is in showing up — the live questions and feedback on your actual case.
"Do I need to be technical?"
No. The course is designed for people who work in companies, not developers. If you can use a browser and write an email, you have everything you need.
"What tools do I need?"
A computer with a browser. Claude has a free plan. If your company gives you a Pro or Team account, even better — but it's not required.
"What if the cohort doesn't run?"
Full refund. If the minimum number isn't reached, you get everything back.
